D&A Environmental conducts asbestos inspections of commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.   Generally, most buildings constructed prior to 1972 include some form of asbestos containing materials (ACMs).  These ACMs may be present in insulating materials, linoleum, plaster, mortar, decorative walls/ceilings and roofing materials.  A thorough asbestos inspection of these facilities will be conducted by D&A Environmental's highly trained and knowledgeable staff.  This inspection will identify potential ACMs and verify the presence of asbestos with laboratory analysis.  The identification of ACMs in old construction is crucial when considering routine exposure on a daily basis, or potential worker exposure from renovation and remodeling projects.
